Our branch site in Dunsfold has been closed for over 2 years due to the building not complying with infection prevention and control (IPC) requirements introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the building still does not meet the current IPC requirements.
This situation means that we need to consider its future.
We value the views of our patients and carers and we are therefore seeking feedback on any concerns and views our patients may have about the Dunsfold branch site closing permanently.
It is important that we understand our patients’ needs and what the impact of a permanent closure of this site would be.

How can you provide feedback and share your views
We welcome all views. You can share yours the following ways:
- Complete a survey digitally – a link will be shared to the survey on our website on Monday 24 October.
- Complete a printed version of the survey, which will be available from Monday 24 October from reception at Chiddingfold Surgery or The Village Shop.
Surveys need to be completed digitally or handed in by 23:00 on Sunday 6 November 2022.
Please note medical consultations are protected to discuss medical matters. We would also be grateful if patients do not call the Surgery reception to share views – use the mechanism outlined above to provide feedback.
